Just been reading between the line (issues) about what's coming up, mainly the upper gun deck gun ports. I read here the inside of that deck will be planked which means the lining of those gun ports may have to wait..but do they?
Just thinking aloud.
Now I'm happy after my little concerns over the position of the middle gun deck ports I will be cutting those out hopefully this weekend and prepare for the lining. As there is a more of an angle to them I may get my new tool out and prepare the mantels and lintels with the correct shape, use both from the same stock, just reverse the mantels and use 'em for the lintels..
Going back to the upper deck and the planking inside, the knees (thise parts sticking out that hold the deck) could be prepared, and this by the looks of it was white, if there is any one who thinks different please join in.:)
